Winston College’s co-op program education is a paid, career-related work experience that focuses on academic and personal goals. It integrates student’s academic study with on-the job work experience and allows student to obtain professional experience in the specific field of study.

The unique feature for co-op program is a guaranteed job offer for any student who meets the program requirements and has a successful job interview with our industry partners. All students who meet these requirements will be offered Co-op employment after completing their study term. The work experience gained through co-op program will increase student’s potential to secure permanent employment.
